Attack method in thai boxing
There is a lot of method for attacking in Thai boxing , Muay Thai .
One of them is the method below , where the attacker jump and throw an elbow on the head of the second attacker .
Personally i never tried this method , i don’t like to make jumps in the arena .
IF You have any info about this way of attack in Thai Boxing let us know your comments .

I think that dirty boxoing Holyfeild and Randy Cotour style may be a better application of tutorial on elbows, traditional or otherwise, than what you have posted on your site. Elbows aren’t nearly as effective from the outside. In the clench where your main worry is from your opponents knees(avoided by keeping your head up and your opponent too close too strike effectively) elbows are best utilized in close; Fist first then the elbow across the face at close quarters, quite unlike the videos shown here. I am here to learn, so explain to me why the technique is different from league to league. Is one method superior or is it a matter of differing rules. Can MMA fighters simple get away with more?
