		<description>im an ex brawler , lately ive been training for mma and its very hard training for the real thing. ive fought in jail and the projects where i grew up: south town . nothing can prepare you for a real fight. this is an operational tempo unlike anything ive ever experienced . its frightening and not for the faint of heart.it hurts alot  but its over pretty quickly.muay thai brazilian jujitsu and aikido seem to be the most applicable. im looking into yoga and tai chi</description>
